In summa stanley cup uk ry, findings revealed that聽the New Mexico film tax credit delivers strong economic benefits to the state聽across all key metrics.聽Data illustrated that the New Mexico film tax incentive program generated:An economic return on investment ROI of 8.4, meaning that for every $1 invested through the program, the states economy is benefitted by $8.40.92% of productions in New Mexico the incentive is the most important factor identified by decision-makers when choosing where to produce film and television projects. Only 8% of total production would have existed in New Mexico without the film incentive.Significant direct, indirect, and induced economic benefits and impact to New Mexico, an estimated$1.37 billion in economic output in just two years. The film and television industry is one of the nine key sectors the Economic Development Department is focused on in our efforts to diversify the states economy. RCLC News:The Regional Coalition of LANLCommunities RCLC is holding its monthly board meeting 9-11a.m.,Friday, Sept. 9, at theOhkay Casino Resort Hotel Conference Center, 68 New Mexico 291, Suite C/D. The Regional Coalition has invited Kathy Keith to speak on behalf of the LANL Community Programs Office.Keith will report on LANLs pres stanley termos ent hiring efforts to hire approximately 2,500 new e stanley cup mployees in the next fouryears. The RCLC is eager to engage in future strategies for workforce development as LANL anticipates hiringabout 2,500 new employees over the next four years. In July, LANL Director, Charlie McMillan reported 1,135employees have been hired at the Laboratory since October 2014.The Manager of Environmental Management from the Los Alamos Field Office, Doug Hintze, will be speakingon the Lifecycle Baseline Cost Estimate, which addresses the full scope and cost of legacy waste cleanup to becompleted by LANL.
